Hello all,
I know many people have had this problem, as myself. I managed to solve the issue though.
I have a Windows 8.1 computer, and I had the problem where the drive wasn’t showing up either.
In the end I went to Computer Management, Storage, Disk Management.
I could see the drive, but it had essentially no drive letter or anything.
I selected the drive, with right click and chose, “Make Partition Active”.
I was then able to assign a drive letter to the Touro S drive, and after that the disk now appeared in my windows Explorer.
Thought I’d share the discovery for someone else.
Cheers,
Steve
