Right now I’m in Dallas Texas, where apparently everything is bigger. So far… it’s still the same as the rest of the country – except the bridges and the highways. It’s inda like that famous Bugs Bunny cartoon, where the guy can’t get off the highway exit, because all the roads are so confusing. I got a couple of shots, so well have to see how they turn out.
my luggage got lost again.
I was sitting at the airport in Florida waiting for my plane to board, and they delayed the plane by nearly two hours.
So when I arrived at Atlanta, GA, I had to run from one terminal to the other. When I eventually found my gate, the girl was 1 second from closing the gate. So I made it by seconds. This was after they’d loaded all the stand-by passengers too! So even though I had an allocated seat – according to my ticket, I was told to just find a seat anywhere.
So I jumped on and made it – just. But once again, my luggage didn’t make the flight.
Seeing Holly waiting for me was pretty cool – after two years of not seeing her. I knew my luggage hadn’t made the flight so I filled in all the paperwork and then we went to church – The Village Chuch . It was a very good one actually. loud music, oh, there were 6 baptisms and it was so cool. People were giving their story, but there were cheers and stuff as different people were being done. When the well known people appeared, all their friends were clapping and cheering. It was really cool. Nothing I’ve seem before.
So after tea, we went home and waited for the luggage to arrive – thinking it would show at about 10:30-12. Well, it arrived at 2am. Holly wasn’t too impressed, but it was still funny.
Well, yesterday, like today, I’m at Holly’s work. She’s got a pretty easy job. She delivers coffee. Not hot coffee, but coffee products. They roast coffee and do flavours and stuff at her work, so it’s a bit of an education seeing raw coffee cooked. It smells like burnt toast when its cooked.
So I’ve just had a nice coffee – one that’ll put hairs on your hairs. Rather nice actually.

Anyway, I’m sure we’ll have another few deliveries later today. Bye
So good to hear you arrived safely.
Looks like I should have stuck around at the airport. Sorry you had to wait all that time by yourself.
Once again, God was looking after you in regard to making your connecting flight in Atlanta. Have you checked the contents in the Big bag?
Sounds like Holly has a nightmare of a job – delivering COFFEE
The service you went to sounds awesome. Did you video that one, also?
Enjoy Texas. We’re all looking forward to that picture in the cowboy hat.
Check your e-mail.
Miss you BIG time!!
hey, heard about your phone bill… one word.. email. glad you made it to holly safely. tell that cheeky monkey, bum looker, that she needs to get a job that pays her money to come back here, either that or get shares in a phone company. has she fixed the window in her car yet? hope you continue to enjoy yourself. not long to go now.

Hey Steve,
I completely agree with your observations about churches. There are a few churches around the are relevant, happily, and they’re the big ones!!! I wonder why.
Sounds like a fantastic holiday – great memories, new experiences, new outlook. Go Steve.
